State of the Garden Address

I'll be back this evening with a 31 Day Challenge organizing post, but for now, here's a personal post on our late summer garden.



We planted broccoli in the long narrow bed to the left. They are still seedlings right now.

The cucumbers have been dying off for the last couple of weeks. It was time to pull them out.





This is the face of a girl who's happy to take back her garden and patio. Those cucumbers got out of hand.

We are still getting plentious lima beans, tomatoes, and basil. I've got some carrots left in the ground I'll probably pick soon. Rosemary and peppers are also thriving.

It's been a great summer for our garden!
